Scanning IP address In LAN

This is the basic skill of IP scanning.

I use Angry IP scanner.You can download it for free at http://www.download.com



Open the IP scanner and insert the IP range.
Basicly,for LAN it should be like this

192.168.1.1-192.168.1.255

Then click the start button.It will start scanning.
A list of IP address with hostname will be displayed.
You can also specify the port you want to scan.

What can you do with IP address?It's up to you.
